Hourly rate or fixed price
The particular assignment applicable tariff, will be discussed with the principal and agreed upon. Based on the specifics of the matter, the (financial) interest, experience and specialism of the handling attorney, will amongst others, be of relevance in the case.
Upon request and provided that the nature of the case will allow such, we are willing to consider a fixed price or a best-and-worst-scenario price.
Retainer
Except for regular customers, it is our policy to demand a down payment. See for further information our general terms and conditions.
Retainer contract
For companies that frequently are in need of first aid judicial assistance, Rep Law is willing to discuss the possibility of a “standby contract”.
